Is this generated by AI?
No. Every report is assembled from a fixed rule library driven by real astronomical calculations — not written fresh by a language model. See How It Works for the full breakdown of what's actually computed.
Does my palm photo get uploaded anywhere?
No. If you use the photo-assisted palm option, the photo is analyzed entirely on your own device and is never sent to our servers. The interpretation itself comes from a classical rule table matched to your line/mount answers, not from image recognition claiming to identify you.
How much does it cost?
The birth chart preview and a limited weekly horoscope are free. The full report — complete chart interpretation, full palmistry reading, compatibility report, and a downloadable PDF — is a one-time ₹399 payment that unlocks permanently. There's also a Premium Bundle (₹599, adds the Future Partner Report and unlimited Love Energy) and a Horoscope Access Pass (₹299, weekly horoscope updates + unlimited unlocks). All three are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions.
Do I need my exact birth time?
It's optional, but it changes what we can calculate. Your Sun and Moon sign don't need an exact time. Your Ascendant (rising sign) does — without a birth time, we can still give you a full chart based on Sun and Moon, just without the Ascendant placement.
What languages does Nakshatra support?
The app's menus, buttons, and navigation are fully available in English and Hindi. The generated readings themselves — horoscope text, palm interpretation, compatibility, chat — are currently in English only; Hindi content templates for those are planned for a future update.
Can I get a refund?
In most cases, once a report or tier is unlocked, it's already been delivered, so we don't offer refunds — the exceptions are technical failures (payment deducted but nothing unlocked), duplicate charges, or a compromised account. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Is this scientifically proven?
No — and we don't claim it is. Astrology is not scientifically validated. Nakshatra's calculations (planetary positions, Moon phases) are real astronomy; the interpretations layered on top follow classical astrological tradition, offered for entertainment and self-reflection, not as fact. Is the astrologer chat a real person?
No. It's an automated, rule-based guide — labeled clearly in the app as simulated, not a real astrologer or an AI generating open-ended responses. It answers from your chart data and a fixed set of approved content rules.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, any time, from Settings → Delete My Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data and can't be undone.
